Feb. 7, 2007 - Caraustar Industries today announced a $50 per ton price increase on all uncoated recycled paperboard grades and specialty paperboard products effective with shipments beginning March 7, 2007.

The company cited rising cost of raw materials, primarily old corrugated containers (OCC), as the reason for the price hike.
