Dec. 4, 2006 - The export market for the printing and packaging sector in Hong Kong has been growing at about 10% annually, according to China Paper Online. A portion of the growth is being fueled by the sector's increasing awareness in environmental issues.

The trend in Hong Kong is seeing paper boxes and bags produced from recovered paper replacing plastic packaging products, and foam polystyrene used in packaging is also being replaced with recovered paper, China Paper Online said.
