Nov. 2, 2006 - Fine art paper supplier Legion Paper said that it has acquired Utah-based Moab Paper Company, a manufacturer of archival digital papers, storage and display products.

The purchase price was not disclosed.

Gregory Schern, president of Moab, will head the new division, with distribution moving to Legion Paper's specialized warehouses in California and New Jersey.

The transaction will be completed by end of 2006, Moab said.
