According to China Paper Online, the proposed mill will be located in Guangdong Yinhu Paper Base in Shuangshui Town, Xinhui District, Jiangmen of Guangdong.

The new mill would use recovered paper as its primary feedstock and will manufacture 42 gsm (grams per square meter) to 45 gsm high-end color offset newsprint.

Start-up is expected by the first half of 2008 in an effort to meet anticipated demand by the upcoming 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics, as well as from international markets.
