Finnish Forest Industries Federation Appoints Anders Portin to VP Post
Aug. 28, 2006 - The Finnish Forest Industries Federation said that Anders Portin, 47, has been appointed as senior vice president, Sustainable Development and Resources, effective October 1, 2006.
Portin is currently working as head of the international unit at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in Finland. He has also several years’ background in Skogscentralen Skogskultur, a central forestry organization in Finland.
Portin has wide experience in international forestry and environmental issues and especially in cooperation on EU level, FFIF said.
