Aug. 8, 2006 - Rock-Tenn Company said that Kevin Sullivan has been promoted to the position of vice president, Coated Paperboard and Market Pulp Sales for the Paperboard Division effective August 1, 2006.

Sullivan joined Rock-Tenn as vice president, Bleached Pulp and Paperboard Sales in June 2005, after eight years at Gulf States Paper Corporation, concurrent with Rock-Tenn's acquisition of GSPP. Previously, he held sales and marketing positions with various other companies in the industry.

Sullivan earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia.
