Potlatch Elects Pamela Mull to VP, General Counsel
March 1, 2006 - Potlatch Corp. has elected Pamela A. Mull, 51, as vice president and general counsel for the company. She replaces Ralph M. Davisson, who has reached mandatory retirement age of 65 following a distinguished 26-year career with the company.
Michael S. Gadd, 41, will replace Mull as Associate General Counsel.
Mull joined Potlatch at the San Francisco headquarters in 1990 as Associate General Counsel following five years at Amfac, Inc. as Assistant Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, and five years as an associate attorney with the firm of Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe. She holds a BA in History from Denison University in Ohio and graduated cum laude with a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
Gadd was formerly an associate attorney in the Portland, Oregon, office of Perkins Coie. His prior experience includes serving as an associate attorney with Ater Wynne, LLP and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae. He holds a BA in English from the University of South Carolina, an MBA from the University of Washington and JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
