MeadWestvaco Names Mark Gulling President, Global Business Services
Feb. 27, 2006 - MeadWestvaco has named Mark V. Gulling as the company's new president, Global Business Services, effective today. His responsibilities include leading the company's global internal services operations, including shared services for human resources, finance, logistics and information technology.
Mr. Gulling brings extensive expertise to the position, having recently served as director, Global Shared Services and vice president of Eastman Kodak, where he led the implementation of a global shared services model. Prior to this position, he served as Eastman Kodak's chief information officer and vice president, and established a global information technology organization and managed the worldwide implementation of SAP.
Mr. Gulling joined Kodak in 1974 as a systems analyst and subsequently held senior positions in Information Technology (IT) and Enterprise Resource Planning. In 2001, he was named chief information officer and vice president where he established a global IT organization and managed the worldwide implementation of SAP.
Mr. Gulling graduated from Ashland University where he received his BS in Mathematics and Economics.
