Feb. 20, 2006 - Stora Enso said that it has opened a new southern California regional distribution center in the city of Montebello, just south of Los Angeles.

According to the company, the new distribution center offers next-day delivery on orders placed by 3 pm Pacific time to the local service area. That local service area covers metropolitan Los Angeles, south to San Diego.

Extended service covering the Las Vegas and Phoenix areas provides one- to three-day delivery depending on availability and meeting minimum order quantities, Stora Enso added.
